Refund Policy

At Pernissa, we offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@pernissa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Pernissa will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full replacement or a complete refund.
